and Collioure, home to the celebrated ‘fauves’ painters, are close by.
The climate is exceptionally mild. Perpignan airport, with
its Ryanair flights, is only 25 km distant. Beaches are 10 minutes walking
distance.

30 yards from the apartment, and the immediate surrounding country affords
magnificent walking. Scuba diving is organised in the natural marine reserve of
Banyuls. Perpignan is 20 km distant.
